Welcome!
Whether you're one of my faithful readers, someone who has just discovered my books, or you're just curious, I'm delighted
that you've stopped by, so that I can tell you a little bit about myself and my books.
I've taken a bit of a sabbatical to write something completely different from my historicals. More on that to come, as
soon as I have real news to share. (For an idea about some fun things I'm working on, click the bottom links to your left.)
Meanwhile, you can find out all there is to know about my other books right here.
Click on the "Books" link to see all of my titles, in reverse order. From there, you can click on individual
books to read an excerpt (on the last few) or to buy.
One of the questions I'm asked most often is about my Saints of Seven Dials books: which titles, and in what order? These
loosely linked books (each stands alone) are, in order: ROGUE'S HONOR, AN UNWILLING BRIDE, INNOCENT PASSIONS and WICKEDLY
YOURS. However, all of my Regency-set books (including my earlier traditional Regencies from Harlequin) are set in the same
"world" with a few recurring peripheral characters, so I hope you'll feel at home with whatever book you happen
to pick up!
My most recent book is THE RUNAWAY HEIRESS, featured here.
A Desperate Bride
Dina Moore's only chance to claim her rightful inheritance before her brother gambles it away is to wed before her twenty-fifth
birthday. When a planned elopement falls through, she continues on to Scotland anyway, hoping for a miracle--and finds one.
In Gretna Green, she is able to save a naïve young woman from a disastrous union with a fortune hunter and earns the gratitude
of the lady's handsome but intimidating brother, who most conveniently asks her to name her reward.
An Accidental Bridegroom
Grant Turpin, known to his friends as Thor because of his size, is eternally in the debt of the diminutive redhead who
has saved his noble family from disgrace. However, he is shocked when she names marriage--with him--as her reward! Though
Dina is hardly his type, he cannot honorably refuse, especially when she promises not to interfere in his life. But strangely,
the more independence Dina offers him, the less he desires it. Now it will take a special kind of seduction to turn this marriage
of convenience into a true love match.
Avon calls The Runaway Heiress "a smart and sensuous Regency historical romance" and Brenda Hiatt "an incredible
talent who is unequalled at creating compelling characters, riveting plots and passionate love scenes."
